The policies below apply to the website www.shanfazart.com which is my personal portfolio and sales site for my paintings.

Payment methods:

You can buy on Saatchi Art or directly through me via bank transfer. If you live in the UAE, this may be a preferred method as delivery will be faster and you have a pick-up option. If you would like to buy directly, please contact me at hello@shanfazart.com or fill out the form on the contact page.

Shipping:

Orders are packed and shipped via courier within 5 working days. There is no additional shipping cost.
International shipping may incur taxes and import duties for which I am not responsible. The buyer will need to pay these as is required by the rules that apply.

Returns:

Returns are not accepted unless there is damage caused during shipping, in which case you would need to contact me within 24 hours and share a photograph of the damaged item. The item will be returned to me at the buyers cost and once agreed and recieved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Please note that although care has been taken to photograph the paintings accurately, there may be a slight difference between the online image and the actual canvas due to variations between browser settings, screen settings or devices. This is not a fault and slight inconsistencies are not considered a reason for return.
